Quality checks and documents in date export
Sorting, moisture and the paperwork of the destination are part of the shipment. A logo on the site is not a certificate.
Quality in a date shipment is visible before it is a stamp. Sevin Nakhl treats sorting and documents as one sequence, not as two departments that meet at the port.
What is checked in the lot
Fruit is sorted for size, for defects and for the moisture that belongs to that grade. Mazafati is allowed to be soft. Rabbi and Zahedi are not packed to imitate it. Foreign matter, crushed pieces and mixed grades are the defects buyers notice first, so they are the ones removed first.
Documents
A commercial invoice, a packing list and the origin and health papers a destination usually asks for travel with the shipment. The exact set depends on the country and on the broker the buyer uses. Sevin Nakhl does not invent certificate numbers. If a document is required, it is named in the quote and prepared with the lot.
What the buyer can ask
Ask which grade, which pack, which moisture range and which documents are included. Those four answers describe the shipment better than a slogan about quality. The brand is two years old. The founder’s specialized work with dates is ten. The offer rests on that work, and on a price the importer can defend.
