What Chinese date buyers check on the first order
A first shipment to China is won on consistency: the grade name, the color in the sample, and a pack that arrives as it left.
China is a core destination for Sevin Nakhl, and first orders are more specific than a general inquiry. Buyers compare the sample with the contract, then with the container.
The grade has to keep its name
If the sample is Mazafati, the container is Mazafati. Rabbi will not do as a darker substitute, and Zahedi will not do as a cheaper one. The Chinese name on the documents should match the grade the buyer approved.
Color, integrity, pack
Buyers look at whether the lot is one color range, whether soft fruit is crushed, and whether the carton and liner survived the weeks in transit. Count and net weight are checked against the packing list. A beautiful photograph on a website is not the sample. Ask for a sample that is the grade you will receive.
A clean first quote
Write the grade, the pack, the port and the volume. Sevin Nakhl will say what can be shipped and at what specification. Claims about laboratory certificates are only made when that document is actually part of the offer.
